Smartaupairs UK - Cultural Childcare for 8 Years!

Today, 22^nd April 2013, Smartaupairs UK celebrates 8 years of success in the au pair industry. Here are eight important milestones that we are particularly proud of!

• 22 April 2005: Smartaupairs is born! Nicole (company owner and leader) founded the company. She too is a mum to two boys and she has also hosted several au pairs.
• 2006: Smartaupairs joins BAPAA (British au pair agencies association) and Nicole becomes part of the executive board (2007-2009)
• 2008: Smartaupairs joins IAPA (International au pair association)
• January 2009: Smartaupairs expands – Now offices in Kent and in Sydney!
• September 2010: We organised our first annual au pair meet up in London to give au pairs information, advice and the opportunity to find friends.
• March 2012: Smartaupairs receives worldwide recognition as Birte from Smartaupairs Australia is chosen as the au pair of the year.
• May 2012: Au pair introduction videos are launched – for the extra personal touch!
• February 2013: Free weekly webinars begin for new host families – for a quick and easy way of learning about the programme at a time convenient for most host families.

Innovation is at the centre of our ethos – we do not believe in remaining stagnant but continually aim to improve our service both for host families and au pairs. We consider ourselves as industry leaders by continually pushing the standard of the programme higher. We are lucky to have a strong team who go the extra mile to ensure that you receive the very best service. We would like to thank our host families, au pairs and partner agencies for helping us to develop and expand. We are very proud of what we have achieved over the last 8 years and look forward to a bright future!
