Smartaupairs is a very organized and helpful organization. I am very happy that I was able to start my stay abroad with such a reliable Au pair organization. I have always been very happy with the services! Tuuli, my contact person at the organization, is a very friendly and helpful person. I could always contact her with questions and concerns. She always took time for me and helped me to find solutions for my problems. Tuuli has also always responded very quickly and has always been very reliable. The placement with my host family went very well. I regularly received placement suggestions and always had a contact person. Hello, I hope you are having a wonderful sunday. I woke up this morning feeling very grateful for a lot of things in my life, and one of the biggest things I am grateful for is my hostfamily, which I would've never met if it wasn't for you. I have been with them now for over 1,5 years and they are not only my second family but my family in England. I can't imagine ever leaving them, they are so important to me, I want them to be part of my life forever, every major life event, they are gonna be there. And the best part is, they look at me the same way. They see me as part of their family, I really won in life with them. So thank you for making this possible, that I was able to find the pieces in my life that were missing and now can't imagine without them. Thank you.

Hi Tuuli, I just wanted to let you know that I arrived safely at home! After my first week here in Germany it almost feels normal again, even though I miss my host family and London a lot. I wanted to say thank you for all your help and support, especially during lockdown! I always knew that I can count on you and that I can always text you (and you will respond so quick!) which made me feel really safe. As sad as it was to leave nearly four month prior to my planned departure date I was super glad to spend an amazing year in London with my host family - making great memories and meeting incredible people! I always felt very well looked after by you and your team - thanks for everything! :)

I want to thank you so much for your continuous support during the time I've had as an au pair - especially during lockdown, I really appreciated it. At least until this pandemic began it's been tons of fun and the rest of it gave me a lot of big life lessons (and obviously I still had pretty good times with my host family in quarantine, otherwise I wouldn't have stayed this long, haha). So all in all, it's been a great experience.

Au pairing is an invaluable prospect! Both young people who dream of going abroad and families looking for help with the childcare benefit from taking the chance of a cultural exchange like the au pair program. There are hundreds of thousands new experiences of immense value for the future that the children, the parents and the au pairs are able to gain together. At the moment, I am an au pair too. Going on the big journey to England to live and work with my wonderful host family has been the best decision I´ve ever made. I am spending the most amazing and memorable time of my life with them - The memories are never to be forgotten! I count myself very lucky and feel like the happiest person that I`ve been given the opportunity to find a new home, a second family as well as some of the best friends I can imagine during my year as an au pair in London
