Smartaupairs is a long standing member of IAPA and we were therefore particularly excited to learn that the next IAPA conference (in 2014) will be held in London! This timing co-incides with the 10th anniversary of the British Au Pair Agencies Association (known as BAPAA) and we are thrilled to be able to host this important event in our country for the first time! BAPAA came into being as a result of IAPA's incentives to form National Associations. Over this period BAPAA has been instrumental in helping to frame British government policy with regard to au pairs and the Cultural Exchange Programme as well as establishing an official Code of Conduct for all our British member agencies.
