Internship with Smartaupairs for a German Speaker

What we do

Smartaupairs aims to provide families with affordable and flexible childcare and provide young people with the opportunity to live with a local family and take part in an ‘earn & learn’ program. An au pair helps with childcare and light housework in exchange for full board and pocket money. Most of our placements are in English speaking families in UK and Australia and we also facilitate placements for Australian candidates in Europe.

With 5 years experience in an established au pair industry, we are still the ‘new kids on the block’ and our innovative approach continues to help us improve and grow. We are members of IAPA, the International Au Pair Association.

An Internship with Smartaupairs will provide you with valuable on-the-job training and exposure to the managements and operation of an International Cultural Exchange agency. Not only will you build your skills and assist the team with interesting projects, an internship with Smartaupairs will also highlight your initiative and commitment to future employers.

Benefits of undertaking an internship at Smartaupairs

  • This internship shows prospective employers that you are interested in developing yourself in a constructive manner through work experience
